How Our DIY Lava Cake Kit Works
When kits arrive, instructions say to store in a cool, dry place until ready to bake. The shelf life is about 3 months. Inside each box are petite ramekins plus quality pantry ingredients: Belgian Callebaut 70% dark chocolate, all purpose flour, confectioner’s sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Recipes and step by step instructions include a shopping list for a few fresh ingredients: 3 eggs and 8 tablespoons unsalted butter. There is also a list of standard kitchen tools that will be used.
